Bu nedenle, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 deprem s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu konudaki teknolojisiyle D\u00fcnya\u2019ya \u00f6nderlik eden Japonya ve \u00fclkemizde uygulanan sistemler hakk\u0131nda bilgi edinmeyi hedeflemekteyiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dclkemizin n\u00fcfusunun %30\u2019dan fazla bir kesimi %9 alan\u0131 olu\u015fturan Marmara b\u00f6lgesinde ya\u015famakta ve gayri safi milli has\u0131lan\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %40\u2019\u0131 bu b\u00f6lgede \u00fcretilmektedir. Marmara b\u00f6lgesinde 1999\u2019da meydana gelen Kocaeli ve \u0130zmit depremleri \u00fclkenin ekonomik altyap\u0131s\u0131na 6 milyar dolar zarar vermi\u015f ve 20.000\u2019e yak\u0131n can kayb\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur.<br><br>Benzer \u015fekilde 1995 Kobe depreminde 6.500 can kayb\u0131 olmu\u015f ve ekonomik kay\u0131p, (gayrisafi milli has\u0131las\u0131n\u0131n %2.5\u2019i olarak) 150 milyar dolar ile D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n en pahal\u0131 deprem felaketi olarak tarihe ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Bu kadar pahal\u0131 bir sonucun olmas\u0131ndaki esas sebep Marmara b\u00f6lgesine benzer \u015fekilde Kobe \u015fehri ve etraf\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun end\u00fcstri b\u00f6lgesi olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<br><br>\u00d6zellikle Kobe depreminde 150 milyar dolarl\u0131k devasa bir ekonomik kayb\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131, insan yo\u011fun ortamlarda ve end\u00fcstri tesislerinde deprem uyar\u0131 sistemlerinin ne kadar gerekli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
