A technical due diligence study, including design review and earthquake performance assessment, was conducted for Tekfen Tower. The building consists of 22 floors, with an additional 7 floors of underground parking. Tekfen Tower is a Class “A” office project located in the Levent district on Büyükdere Street. With 33,000 sqm of office space, the building became operational in October 2003.
