A technical due diligence study was conducted for four shopping malls on behalf of Atkins and Pradera. The service scope included the following malls: Adana M1 (60,724 sqm), Konya M1 (47,539 sqm), Istanbul M1 (39,923 sqm), and Gaziantep M1 (51,561 sqm). The reports involved a multi-disciplinary investigation (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructural) focusing on post-earthquake sustainability, maintenance, and investment costs. The findings helped the client in negotiations before making the acquisition decision.
