Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) requested a preliminary seismic evaluation of three Greif facilities in Istanbul, Türkiye. The primary goal was to assess the seismic vulnerability of the structures in facilities rented by Greif. The facilities consisted of various building types, including precast, reinforced concrete, and steel structures. Each building was evaluated using relevant checklists, and 3-D models of the structures were created for linear analysis to understand the overall behavior of the structural system and identify any non-compliant items.
